Courtney Heimowitz is a hands on professional in revamping and developing programs based on peoples needs in their community. She has empowered community members, program staff and volunteers through her work with the YMCA for ten years. She has provided innovative energy and leadership to residents in Maryland, Delaware and the Dominican Republic with the YMCA of Delaware and Hawaii with the YMCA of Honolulu, Leeward Branch. Her Most recent efforts were creating an employment program for youth, and health and wellness classes for families residing on the Leeward side of Oahu.

Courtney is very resourceful and passionate about life. Her ability to connect with people is genuine and is her strength in real estate. She will find the home for the individual's needs and will use all her energy to achieve that person's dreams. This passion led to Courtney's nomination for the "Outstanding Newcomer of the Year Award" in 2005.

Courtney, her husband, Josh and daughters Kaya Rose and Jade Alexa reside on the North Shore of Oahu. She enjoys outrigger canoe paddling, surfing, swimming, running, and has acheived her US Coast Guard License in Sailing. She continues to support her husband Josh, Executive Director of YMCA Camp Erdman, by giving her time and effort to improving the programs and facilities at YMCA Camp Erdman.
